All of the hardware supplied by us is guaranteed for a minimum of one year. However the labour costs involved in a hardware related failure can sometimes be quite expensive. In order to give peace of mind as well as a budgetable expense we offer our clients the option of taking out a service contract with us. Service contract clients also benefit from priority treatment ensuring that any disruption caused by a hardware malfunction is minimised. Our service contracts are as comprehensive whilst as cost-effectiveness permits and in essence offer insurance against labour charges incurred due to harware failure. Clients not wishing to take out a service contract will still receive the same level of support but charged at an hourly rate. |
